Nice!
The artwork was outstanding, the sound effects and music fit perfectly and the character was original and imaginative. This was easily one of the best portal entries I've seen in a while despite the lack of story. I'd like to see where you could go in the way of an actual short or even a series!

I loved the color pallet and the animation was very nice! It sort of reminded me of Squee! in a subtle way. It was cute too. :)

I didn't quite get the story, but the drawing and animation was really well done. Well done.
I like the backrounds and the style.
The only thing I would suggest is work on the plot a bit, somthing a bit more complex, and the animation was a tad jerky in spots.
