I loved the hearbeat sound. Maybe it'd be better if the tempo was increased with successful dosing as you got closer to the goal amount. The graphics were decent, but a shaky hand holding the needle and a greater blurring effect to illustrate what the drug is doing would have worked wonders.
Overall, its a good effort that could have been so much better.

I like originality in flash movies, you are deserving of a 5 my friend. You should make a sequel with more progression of the challenge, rather than having to just inject more. Great game man....

Eh. The humor is kind of old. Drug humor is totally last year; so that's why I gave it a 0. If you weren't going for humor, than it was a pretty good game. At times frustrating, but like all games, you have to work at it. The graphics were pretty cool in their own way. (It was blurred, but for a good purpose)
Overall; you deserved an 8. Not perfect, but definetly really good.
