Funny, but you shouldn't have lowered quality. Who cares if the lips don't sync? I'd take non-scratchy sound over synced lips any day.

I tried doing that, but then people complained about the syncing, you can't make everyone happy.

but do something about the audio. please. If you wanna make REALLY good flash, you need to go out and get a good mic.
Also, mess with the recording settings. Keep adjusting untill it sounds better.
