Dragon Ball movie.. nice to see this stuff. music is nice. animating does look very dbz-ish. you ddi well drawing the people. It's definitely some opening of a movie. You did well at making them turn into "super saiyans" haha. The music fits well with this too. nice animating skills.
Doing a story based off of when GT ended is stupid
Regarding the fact DBGT was idiotic, it was even more disappointing to see someone do something based on it. I would consider trying to redo the entire Dragonball outline, since most people aren't aware of the fact that that DB,DBZ,and DBGT are too close in resemblance to just one simple series. It is also extremely typical people don't try to redo the entire series in what would appear to be more better and would grab the attention of viewers that dislike DBZ.
Examples of this would be to have more female fighters (grabs in more girls for audiance, aswell as us guys, for the obvious reason (.)(.) + Violence = ^_^), aswell as having each episode being about an hour long, with little commentary by King Kai (so that you can keep watching in on the action, it would be best if King Kai would have his big summarized say like between fights or before them, that way he doesn't take so much time upon them). Also having Gohan acting like Yusuke Uramishi (and having the hair style he has in movie 9) when he goes to high school would be excellent addition to gaining more audiance and fame.

Being a fan of all DBZ stuff, this will make a good series (if you plan to make a long one) its going to be a lot of work getting voices that are almost the same as the people who play the characters on T.V. and get all the little sounds for stuff (Eg. Powering up, fast flying up sound.. so on)

You have a good talent to draw but there wasn't very much to the animation itself. I'll keep my eye on this series, good luck.
