Good all around.
I was so stunned by the backgrounds and cinemagraphics, you really have some good talent. I'm going to be ahead and be an ass and say that I didn't like the stick figures, even though they're animated very well. They just don't keep up with the quality of the rest of the movie and take away from the overall seriousness and effect of the film. If you could stick it out (pardon the pun) and make realistic looking characters, it would increase the impact of your film exponentially.
The audio was top notch, aswell. The scores you used were very dramatic, if not epic... Perhaps even a little too much for the first part of the series. Sound quality was excellent, and the voice casting was decent.
The style of the movie was a little unoriginal, I thought. The post-apocalyptic scene with the mutants roaming the earth and the last strand of humans living below ground. But it was outdone by the superb drawings and scripting.
I've said my peice. Keep up the good work!
This will prove to be a very popular series, should it come through.

Not bad...
This is pretty good. The story and sound, particularly the music is pretty awesome. The only thing I really didn't like about it was the graphics. If they could be improved, you'd have one totally awesome flash. ^_^ Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing the next one.
