Why are their people who support flashes like these on Newgrounds? Can somebody tell me?
These people have no talent and put minimal effort into their so-called "work," and yet there is some rather large group of people who like shit and get these accepted onto the portal.

What to say? Your flash is nothing but gay animations poorly drawn and poorly scenarized. You set up the action in a death camp (which btw is spelled "Auschwitz", ask your teacher) as a lame attempt to draw attention and shock people.
