hmm, nice effort.
try using shaddow maps, and nice texures, also, don't use sporadic camera panning, it just gets annoying, nice job.
(45 mins day is all you had ehh? try looking into "Bittorrent" and bring 3ds max home!)

no question, the 3d model is great and beautiful!!
but.. i got kinda sick because the "camera" was going crazy?! I mean, if you want the people to really enjoy your hard and great! work, you really have to slow down! and not let the camera going mad-cow-disease. really, it would be a pitty if you wouldn't change that, 'cause that's actually excellent artwork you've done!
maybe at first a total and then walking slowly towards the school and having the view turned from the left to the right.. slowly so that the viewer can follow..
a little bit of a sound wouldn't hurt either, just if it would be the sounds you hear when you're actually 'live' on the scene like birds and cars...
I didn't want to tear your great work down, I'm just trying to help. Because I think you want your work appreciated and your viewers having enjoyed. With this slowing-down improvement, you made that goal :)
