I would say below 9000 by a little bit.
They look alike, a little too alike, which makes the idea of Vegeta having a brother kinda awkward. Although he is adowable :3... I just think it's a little off.
And Nightshade? A better name would be Lerota or something. :P

I like the idea. The only thing that kept the star away though is the fact that he actually DOES have a brother. His name is Tarble, and although COMPLETELY not related to the story of DBZ, he is his brother.
