great style, i love ninja style stuff! the character looks awesome, and the animation is great! but why is he attacking defenceless things that don't even move?

Not gonna pick apart your title, here.... but I can dig Vigilante boy.
The name... hmmm...
Vigilante - One who takes or advocates the taking of law enforcement into one's own hands. I don't think this applies to random killings. It lacks explaination. (Don't get me wrong, I'm going to rate it a 5/5.) Also, he seems to skilled to be a boy. Perhaps a better title would be Massacre Man? (Just a thoguht.) Very nice.
