This "game" was so so, I guess I would enjoy it more if I actually had a boss to make me mad.

Marginally Acceptable
Over the past 3 minutes I've grown to hate your work, however this piece of "flash" was marginally acceptable. There was some pretty smooth animation on your part so congratulations. The thing is I don't know anyone who actually finds this type of game too amusing for longer than a second or two...
This game is what it is.
Aw, man, this game is violent. Hide the kids! But I wasn't a BIG fan of this game. You click on stuff to kill your boss with. Just so you know, I have no boss per se, and I thought that this "gadget" was nothing more than a stress releaser for employees and/or a toy for sadists (like Burnout 3's crash mode). Nothing more.
But this idea has potential...

they should make one working at a fast foods, then you can like put your bosses head in the fryer or cut him with a meat cleaver
Hurt your boss flash. Graphics could use bright colors and plenty of blood. You should list the controls on your author comments. It could offer more attacks and choices.
