Still solidly made
I've reviewed the previous episode and little has changed since then. Very good use of sprites, excellent choreography for fights, which there is a lot of, but not all that much violence despite that.
The script still soars high above all the Megaman-related flashes I've seen, but that's not saying much, since I haven't seen that many and they all sucked horribly. This one is decent, but has problems. Like 2 robots needing a fire for the night. =P Ah well.
Now, we have voice acting this time. I understand people whine and complain all the time if it isn't there, but I say it should be done well, or not at all. And this isn't well enough for me. But of course I don't believe you'll be scrapping it now and it's not hopeless either. Just try to make them sound less... artificial and strained. The guys doing Quickman and Zero did best, I'd say.
I didn't like the choice of music that much either, this time around. Songs with lyrics tend to be bad in general, but I felt Rammstein particularly ill-fitted to Megaman/anime style.
