I'd love to be more technical, but I simply can't get passed the amount of nostalgia your style conjures up for me. I used to play M:tG and this piece could *easily* be on one of those cards.
You should seriously consider contacting Wizards of the Coast. (In my totally un-expert opinion.)
If I had to live in another universe, I would want to live in a world that looks like this.

I think I have applied about 4 times over the years with one just a week ago. I never get much more then a "we will consider you" message with no further contact. In fairness they probably get hundreds of portfolios every day.
Your style and choice of colours reminds me of HR Giger's work

I think I've been inspired by him since I was just a little kid when I saw "Aliens" for the first time.
Wicked. The War-machine's design itself is bad-ass, and i very much like the lighting effects you used. And the over-all softness of the lighting in the image as a whole, makes me feel as though im watching this through someones nightmare.
