hrmph
Well, to start, watch the "really long intros" flash... seriously a lot of that didn't need to be there, and made me lose interest. The thing I didn't like was that a lot of the sprites just repeated themselves... and the character's just moved their mouthes and eyes very rarely... At times there was no sound, like monsters stomping around... don't get lazy! Some things were a little dragged out, but I liked some parts none the less. 3/5
First of all: YOU watch the "really long intros" movie. It rants against intros that do nothing but aggrandize the author (I only mentioned my (nick)name once in the intro/movie), add pointless hype and that are just text based. I tried to use my intro to set the mood, get a few gags in (the dead actors/film-people) and pay homage to Tim Burton's long intros.
You say that at times there was no sound, well if you can direct me to an instantly accessable database of cool and appropriate sound effects to use, feel welcome because my sound resource is rather limited.
did not like it...at all
The intro was like a movie by itself, it took so long. And what i think to be the movie is crap. The characters look sort of pixelated.
Well DUH the characters are pixelated. It's based on an MS Paint based webcomic ffs. What are you doing here wasting your time reviewing flash movies? You shouldn't be wasting your deductive skills here, go out and solve crimes Sherlock!
