that right there is so cute. i have to wonder if he got meowth to cheer himself up after ryu beat him and gave him the distinguishing chest scar.
Very adorable and something that I could never pull off. The only thing that really bugs me is that I feel like the tail is too large, but I haven't seen anyone complain about this, so I'll let it slide. Keep it up.
