It had its good points...but why do all 4 Links sound like a gay man with a sore throat? I thought the Hero of Time might at least make up for his Village People getup by having a deep man-voice ;-\

purple and red were alike and blue and green were alike but i thought the same as PPGbloodstainedsword that you would make purple link gay but then again that's what i think........and i thought it was funny how u tossed in indiana jones and they recongnized him

I honestly expected you to make the purple Link gay. But otherwise it's pretty good, it's just that tossing in Indiana Jones was pretty stupid.

The Indiana Jones jokes were honestly kind of pointless, at least at the extent to which you stretched them. The best thing to do when making a pop culture reference is to keep it as brief as possible so as not to distract from the main story.
The voice acting could use a little bit of work; it sounds to me like you're modulating your voice a bit for the sake of acting. Just say the lines like you would if you were there.
The graphics were good, but not anything truly revolutionary. I will applaud you for sticking to one style throughout the movie; it genuinely irks me when someone diverts from an art style; it's distracting and pointless. You didn't fare so well in the music; you mixed MIDIs with OSTs and orchestral arrangements, which, again, is akin to putting the Mona Lisa in a sprite comic.
Overall, I liked the second one a lot better than this one, even though I level a lot of the same complaints at it. Good luck on round three, though. You've got a lot of potential stored up here.
