Looks pretty cool.It looks like an awesome futuristic soldier,wouldn't really call it megaman.On a side note:I hope nobody gets any ideas from drawins like this,i.e changing Megaman's image(capcom)would be surprised if they ever did continue making the series.So in short its cool,and innovative.
