You focused most of your work on the guy and his animation, and it showed but not that bad. Sometimes it looked like the guy's feet were sliding but apart from that good job all round.

The animation of the guy running was pretty good, but the sloppy backgrounds and the static wheels on the vehicles really made it look out of place. I know you were trying to focus mainly on animation here, but some animation of the tires and better backgrounds probably would have made the animation look even better than it was. The reason I didn't give a too high of a grade to graphics was the sloppy backgrounds, the static vehicles, and the anime style graphics. Just not a big fan.
