This has a lot of potential, nice style, just have to refine your animation technique some more, other than that, it was really good!

the only problem i had with that was that when u transformed the hero 2 much. u mainly kinda changed him 2 a whole new diff person

yeah, its good. I liked the sword, but, I mean, is HE wielding the SWORD, or is the SWORD wielding HIM? You know, like a host-parasite thingy. I mean, the whole transformation thing was a bit weirding, and from the glimpse you see of the last evil guy, he looks like the dude from Omnipitant Blade.
