Seems like you accomplished what you were trying to do, but I'm sorry. I have a program that does this already. It's called MS Paint. And it has 16 million colors.

the drawing and character design was good, but just a little bit dull. Maybe add voices from southpark or something, or do different style game e.g. southpark racing etc
