Not the best plot
You get props for making music that I could actually stand and didn't screech out of the speakers at me. The plot (or lack thereof was ok). I'm not sure what the jumping ball was. But I didn't think it was bad atall something a little funny about it. I wasn't sure what the second thing he threw at the dude was. Some of your other stuff is better.

Maxwell Murders was better but it's pretty good . Only thing is that the music stops in the middle .

Again I love this cartoony style and the penguin was the same shape as that duck in 'who', nice to see you are following the same style.
Not really much I can say about this apart from the graphics were cute, and I loved this whole dancing penguin style it was original and funny to watch. But what was that random violence at the end? I didn't understand that.
Nevertheless well done!
