One line summary
I agree with Sir_Smeg, I thought this was going somewhere and I guessed that the shit graphics were the style you were going for. I think the best part of that movie was the preloader. Still a good effort though...

Going somewhere
I really thought that this movie was going somewhere. I was prepared to put up with the poor graphics, because I liked the beginning's style and thought that it was building up to something funny. In fact, when the dog's (?) head appeared after cat 'o' blue's wail and revealed itself to be god, that would have made a suitable punchline to end. Instead the movie became silly and annoying. Missed opportnity.
