Quite a way to sense sound visually. Do you by any chance happen to be synesthetic?
I've heard of people who can literally see, smell, taste, and touch sound, one sense evoking a response in another; one of my friends is synesthetic, and seeing this animation somewhat reminded me of how she described the appearance of certain songs to me.
Well, regardless of whether this auther is unique in that regard does not change the fact that the motion suits the sound very well. A work like this may not stand out TOO much, but it certainly is artful.
