it was ok

i've heard better audio on a beta max hooked up to a 7$ jib job 10 inch black/white tv set you buy from a gay thrift store, so you should stand up teh challenge and record your little song so that i can understand more than "guhgh ghguh taost ofj tegh cenrtyr *random instrument* du du du duuuu" becquse thats all i could hear, at the very least record the song in a bathroom to kill some of the distortion, hey weird al did it. Wasn't all that great besides the animation and the joke kinda got old before the video was even over. keep trying though.

pleasant visuals cacofonic sounds

I thought this piece was clean and well thought out. Very enjoyable. Clear and understandable scenes. Obvious plot line. The music, well, let's just hope dude dude chick still have day jobs.

Despite good audio quality, the singers just did not met the standards set in the animation nor did their vocal strengths (or lack thereof) add any kind of quirky or campy flair to the overall piece.

I'm sorry, but I see no point of why this flash was rated so high. I did like the animation itself, the graphics were quite good. However, there was no context concerning the song although it clearly linked to it (mixing and engraving the record, that is)...
And, as it was already mentioned from other users, I found the music to be horrible - but since you made that flash for this acquainted band of yours, I don't think anybody could blame you for it. It's a music video, although in my eyes a decent one.
