nice
Pretty gruesome, but a gripping and thorough storyline. You can tell you've worked hard on the style, and the drawings, maybe it's foregrounded a little too much for some people, but i thought the detail and accuracy lended itself well to the story.
Graphically smooth, nice use of shade/colour, overall an inspiring creation.

Masterpiece
Very nicely drawn (except the pistols). Clouldn't help thinking you were trying to prove too hard how long you took over the gore though- yes it was there and you went for the shock factor, but in the flash-backs of his dead wife- subtlety would have been better.
Yes, we've seen a maticulously drawn severed diaphram, but isn't her face with a few specs of blood more important? Like he's trying to remeber something beutiful but the blood is still on the face? That's my only moan- when a flash is of this standard.
Anyway- realy realy nice work. Very excited to see your next project.

It was really awesome?
First of all I liked the black-and-white noir style of it. Cheesy and cliche? Yes, but that's what noir is all about.
Second, I liked the colored blood and gore. Cliche? Sure, but so is seeing some stick figure with two pistols shooting and stopping in time like the effin-Matrix but people seem to love that crap.
Third, even though the music was "badly sampled" I thought it gave it a good vintage phonograph sound. It really fits the black-and-white style.
Fourth, the whole anatomy gore was excellent and interesting. If people realized that there is more to a movie than just gorey action scenes and glorified violence then I don't think half the people reveiwing this would give it a bad rap. Realistic violence adds to the grisly style.
Fifth, if the killer and the protagonist weren't the same person then this movie sucked.
