The story line was good!, Liked how mario saved the day! How come the font color changes in like every sceen? Graphics are okay... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

It was pretty descent. You didn't use any sprites and drew every single character himself, which makes the movie a lot nicer to watch. But you did make a lot of typ-o's in the conversations. And I didn't find the sound to be that great.
Improved
This is what I like to see. A vast improvement over the first episode in graphics, sound, style, plot depth, animation... pretty much everything except the grammar.
Although, I do agree with pyrowizard; try to keep it in the Mario universe, or, failing that, at least in the world of video games. The black and golden knights were lacking in every respect. They were very innapropriate. And they looked like a childish scribble.
Still, you are developing as a flash animator, and I look forward to episode 3 to see how much you progress from here.
