I am a member on rs(runescape) and rune armor is not member's only armor u can get it in the champions guild, to get in you need to do every free quest but dragon slayer, and to were rune pl8 u need to do dragon slayer. If u make a dress up like this agen use dragon armor and or obby, and this sucks big time, take some lessons man.
