Either way, this is awesome, and i've favourite'd it.
I. LOVE. IT.
This definitely sounds like it could be used for a Final Boss battle. The intro is fantastic and sets the tone perfectly, and the drums keep a powerful pulse. Not quite Final Form of the Final Boss, but man this theme really got my blood pumping. I think if the strings had been featured more prominently and there had been better dynamic variation it could have been Final Form of the Final Boss.
Alternatively this makes great Final Form of the Final Boss music for like a Sonic the Hedgehog type game, but not an RPG. And it really hurts me to say that, this theme is just fucking awesome. I was so torn. So very very torn. Especially because you used chimes which are like the ultimate hallmark of the FINAL final battle. But I can't help but feel it was just a hair off of true, unmitigated epicness.
That was REALLY COOL!!!!!
