Sorry but this was just boring... seemed like an inside joke for the local anime fan. I didn't think it was funny and the lipsyncs were horrible. Try harder.

I didn't think it was. Your animation is good but why didn't you draw the legs? Oh and the fact that it looks like a foamy rant without the annoying voice doesn't help your score... You need to add more originality. Although, you have more animation in the background than foamy does. That obviously makes it better.
Oh well,you might did good enough to get an award :O
