excellent art and smooth animation!
Great attention to detail, with one small flaw [imho] of the building at the end looked more like a stone burning after the blast.
besides nit-picking, the best thing I can say is you have ask is will the story continue?
[There may have been other experiments in that building or the government may realize he exist.]
