yea, I thought it was ok
usualy the ng voters are harsher and that probably wouldn't have got through, but I recon it deserved to. They probably make an exception for clocks :p
I like ur other flash more though, the break time one.

Some words of advice. Don't waste your time with clocks. DO something original, use your talents on your own creations, you'll go much further. Also, 3.14... is 'Pi', not 'Pie'.
