I miss this show...
It's been a while, alright, I was probably watching it when I was a wee-little lad if it was 11 years ago. I think I remember the time Sgt. Slaughter was on the show. I'm not sure, but I think I so. It was funny seeing him do the Mario... I think. My memory's a little fuzzy, but I do remember the show (Hell, I used to watch whenever I could). They should bring new episodes, although, if I hear correctly, it shows on PAX once in a while. To quote Ray from Scary Movie, "TV Shows don't make psychopaths... CANCELLING TV Shows makes psychopaths." The Super Mario Brothers Show is one of those examples, cuz look at me now!!!!!!

Ah, the memories...
One of Neil's strengths is definitely his ability to create very weird, simplistic (and quite Monty Python-like) animations that are actually very funny. Combined with the lovable trite that was the Super Mario Brothers Show, you've got yourself a small masterpiece. Brilliant work.

And ta think I was the only one that thought when Mario eats Toadstools(which are contaminated in real life) he gets high,big time high..
