Yea, keep going
1) Your flash is great, so continue on that.
2) Your graphics are good, you might want to tweak it a bit.
3) Keep the story that your thinking of, but add a twist if you can.
4)Um, who should be in it......I dunno, its up to you.
5)Get some nice music in there. Like the Halo music you had in the preview.

So I'll answer your questions:
1)Yeah!
2) Graphics were ok, especially as I liked your obvious "halo" style. You'll have to clean them up a lot though if you want to get mroe people interested in this, as it looks a bit too cartoony.
3)Um.... there was a story?
4)The characters on there and some extra surprises :D
5) Music was ok, but try to have a bit more happening in it though.
