A Futurama soundboard is ALWAYS a good thing.
And Zapp is a treasure trove of hilarity, so picking him as the subject of your soundboard was a good choice. Still, I find myself wishing you'd made it a combo with Leela so they could talk back and forth... such CHEMISTRY, Kip! #;-}>
Anyway, you provided a very impressive range of emotions and thoughts and rantings... and the layout was pretty good. The size of the window is a little too big, but you squeezed a ton into that first page (the second page didn't look like it needed quite so much room, though... so I wonder why you didn't just spread it out over three pages and not have to make the window size so huge... ah well).

This is one of the better soundboards I have seen lately. There is a massive amount of sounds on this, and they are all very good to use in a prank call. They are all sweet and short and could make a good conversation. You had lots of funny stuff in there, and I commend you on a good job on this.

Since there are so many sounds on this, it would have been nice to categorize them by type (questions, responses, demands, etc.). Also, the whole mixed/random section wasn't a great addition. You should have cut some of them down and used the sounds as normal ones. I would have liked to see "Could you ask a little more sexfully?" as a stand alone question.
A good soundboard.
When the soundboard was loading and I saw that you spelled loading wrong, I had the feeling this soundboard was going to be a big piece of shit. But when I actually saw it, it was good. You had buttons that you could use for a prank call, unlike 95% of the other soundboards on Newgrounds and you had a "Stop" button. Overall, a good soundboard. It seems hard to find Zapp Brannigan quotes also.
