Good
Good animation, but the jokes are a little dry. I don't think he got 3 of the most prestigous awards in combat by shooting his Lieutenant (considering HE was a Lieutenant) Especially since u had nothing to back up what u were saying. Bush is easier tp make fun of, cause he just presents so much material, with his patheticly funny misquotes, and his outrageous decisions. U could learn from the guys who make the George Bush show.
Should've been called "If Bush was in Vietnam"
You should re-make this with Bush's face over Kerry's and call it "If George Bush was in vietnam." Because you made it like Kerry was retarded (he thought the VC were nazis.. wtf?) and he didn't know anything... you must have gotten the candidates confused. I mean it was funny, but it didn't make sense, since he's not stereotyped as being a dumbass like you protrayed him, that's bush.
Good voices, mildly amusing humor
Mildly funny, the voices really lifted what was otherwise a bit dry. Just as a suggestion how about a part where all that hash smoking messes up his brain, perhaps some of his halucinations? If this part came at the begining it would put the rest of the jokes into more focus. Just a suggestion.
I loved the music
The Cartoon wasn't that bad but it didn't really make much sense. It was short. Some of the jokes were not that great but I did loved all of the music you put into it. The art in it was good.

It was good for what it was, im anti-bush but i enjoyed your movie, try making his chin bigger. good job
