A Film Too Long.
This movie was pretty bad. The art was slightly above average, maybe better in some scenes. The sound was very amateur work. One, maybe two at most on a common PC microphone. There was no plot to the entire film, which made it dreadfully long to watch. Other than zombies were attacking, the film had empty dialogue which told no story. I considered stopping it prematurely several times.
The good parts. Very few scenes in this film caught my eye. But the ones that had were really good. First scene I rather enjoyed was when one of the characters started drinking Red Bull. A song from the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack plays while two large furry cats appear and rub on the drugged man. Meanwhile a zombie has eaten half his body. When the "Who's that Pokémon?" theme started playing, I thought the film suddenly changed, and I also found it funny. The popsicle scene was very accurate regarding the popular icicles of the '90s, Two seperate popsicles, on two seperate popsicle sticks, but it comes as one popsicle. I also appreciated the game and anime spoofs and appearances. Soundtrack was decent, but points lost on poor voice acting.
Keep up the good work and keep practicing!
