Reviews for "Kondo Vol II"

I give you props for quality animation

Ok, your animation was really quite good. But I have a few constructive criticisms:
1) Don't mention yourself so much before the movie
2) Shorten the intro, etc.
3) The audience needs to have a clue what's going on. Either do an extremely brief recap of previous episodes, or somehow briefly otherwise give background
4) Aside from the intro, I didn't mind the speed of the movie. Only adjustment I'd make is during the climax(ie, killing someone, etc), give more detail to what's going on. You started to, but then your animation of slicing through air with the weapon could have been much stronger.
Considering this is your 2nd animation ever, you're really onto something. Keep it up, ok?

DjMinge responds:

Cheers for the review. there are no previous episodes im making them. This is the folow on from the first volume. Im thinking of changing the styles completely for each volume.

..........

Yawn. I couldn't even force myself to watch it all. Takes far to long, even to get past the opening sequence.

DjMinge responds:

Do us a favor mate watch the whole thing before reviewing. Yeah it starts slow but then builds up momentum cheers anyway for reviewing

okay, but boring as hell!

i dunno about this movie. its a second volume, and it didnt jump into any action. well animated, but it seemed to have no point. and just basically took way too long.

DjMinge responds:

cheers dude. Suppose it could have started off faster but even though its the seconed part its the first released so it had to build up.

hmm

the movie had great graphics and such, but it seemed to move along very slowly, espicaly considering the whole movie was about 2 minutes long

also, in the opening scene with the wind blowing against the cloth on the saword, i'd sugest either a lesser use of the same sound bite or perhaps try to find a few that are similar but slightly diffrent; it just botherd me.

DjMinge responds:

Yeah i tried to alter the volume of that sound sample but gave up:(

Cheesy ass 'Japanese' flick

That was very cliche and it started too slowly.
