And it's true! Chibi's are suposed always to be cute and lovely.
But i dunno why, but the style you made here looks like Pucca. (Maybe because of the Red background)

Very fresh looking
I love the fresh look on this that and res is my fave color but it's a nice design and the character was cute and fit well with the reds and pinks only one thing I would change would be to ad some dark pink frames or borders but really other then that this was very well done and I am very impressed with your work
