Normally I would just blam the hell out of any stick movie that rolled around, but I'm in a good mood, so if you do indeed read your reviews, here's some pointers.
Drop the sticks. Even if you're a really good stick animator, you're still just another stick animator. Congratualions, you're MEDIOCRE.
The things that usualy set a good flash movie from a kickn' ass flash movie are: animation quality itself, style and dynamics. In due time, your animation should improve like with all brooding animators. You also have a decient sense of dynamics (changing 'camera angles', musicallity). You're style needs some boosting though. If you're trying to 'make a name for yourself', don't do sticks, and don't do parodies. Originallity is the key to getting noticed. Avoid anything generic.
