very nicely done. i wish it was longer.
now THIS is a game...
'and so, the legend of Hiro begins.' nice! lol... a truly stunning game to play.
it was quite hard - as all of the problems that needed solving were quite hard! the ideas were some that i would not have though of... lucky i just clicked on every item at every location! bwahaha! lol.
also, the story line was very good, and as a result, it was logical why Hiro was in search of such rare, and silly seeming items.
graphics + animation - were both excellent. there wasnt much animation, but i wouldnt have expected it in a game like this, it didnt really need it. but the graphics were stunning. all backgrounds and items in the game were drawn very well... including the characters! *drools*... i was really hoping to see some more pictures of the bird keeper! (know where i might find any?) haha. so yeh, graphics and animation on the whole were excellent.
the sound in the game was great - nice little sound effects here and there, a long with a seriously good song in the background. and, because of the fact it changed tunes quite a lot - it never got boring! haha, good little way to get around that problem.
gameplay - was damn excellent. i simply loved all of the things you could do in this game. all of the options were great, and im really glad that you didnt 'disable' some of the options when they were definately not applicable... because you got so many funny responses!! haha. that was another thing that kept the game from being/getting boring. there were heaps of funny things in the movie, going from the characters, to their problems, and also to what Hiro said half the time! so a very entertaining game, in all areas.
Overall, an excellent game. i loved playing it, even though it took a considerably long time to finish. but alas, it was not slow moving, or boring... but funny! so well done on making such a good game. i look forward to a sequel, or something similar. well done!
