Not Bad...
I will say that you definitely have the movement aspect of Flash down. The fights were done very well, albeit overbearingly DBZ-inspired. You should try to keep it more true to the characters, but I'm not complaining, because it was an enjoyable fight-based Flash. I hate Ryu, so I guess I had a problem with that, but otherwise, not bad at all.
the ending was pretty crap.
all of my favorite characters died in it,why?. but anyway i really do appreciate your battle animation but the storyline was pretty dissapointing.

Nice Sprite Work
But there is a bit to be desired here. The "story" just flat out doesn't work, and neither do most of the jokes (though I will say I laughed the first time I saw the supposed "prize"). The fights themselves are pretty good, nice work using the sprites. It would have been nice to see characters from a wider variety of games though.
