Well, that is... I wasn't until I saw your flash, and checked out the site about him you linked to at the end of the flash. So thanks for that, first off!
And... anywho, of course I've heard similar songs (audience/self-mocking comedic tunes, essentially). I dug your animation style, and thought you did a really nice job of accompanying the song and assisting it with your visuals... Poor pigeons! Haha. Anyway, Tom's ghostly face superimposed on the park scene down in the lower right corner was kinda funny in itself, too...
Anyway, this was certainly quite unique for a NG music video, and I liked the preloader-game-esque "don't click on the sheep" thing at the end and all the extras + about Tom Lehrer links and all. Nifty stuff!
