Really damn good.
I don't think that this is as good as the first one, but its still really good. I really like the "on to the second level" one, the graphis were as good as sprites can be, and the end credits were great, thats one of my favorite Primus songs.
I missed something...
I think the first one was better you know? this one it's too much bloody and to many "head-offs"
I misseed a bit the magic from the first one (with out the songs, exept mario themes)
and When Mario goes crazy again i Missed a LOT the "huaehuablbublualubealu" if you know what i mean

A little bloodlust...
Yeah...gratuitous cranium explosions and oddly flowing blood. It'd be a lot funnier if instead of naming each "mishap" you ran it like a blooper or outtake reel (i.e. forget caption humor and work on your timing). It shows that this is a sequel.
