Choppy Plot and graphics...

The plot of this movie was extremely choppy and simplistic, granted this is the first episode in a line of many I am assuming. With little or no background story about what is going on, one can only assume a certain number of things. So I guess the bare bones of the plot so far is, some detective inflitrates a high school to get "software" back.

Now the animated fighting scenes were well done, but when the characters stood still, I must have seen about 3 different styles that were used on them. A jadded line style, a smoother style, and more of a rougher outlined style. But all these different styles had one thing in common: The heads looked like they were placed on a huge thing of jelly for a body. I could have swore the detective had about 3 chins in one scene, followed by a body that was about 3X the size it should have been. I really feel that things should have remained more consistant in each scene, because I could only tell each character apart by their hairstyle and nothing more.

One thing that impressed me was how well the sound blended in. I noticed you used panning on some scenes which added a nice touch. however, each character's voice was very understandable and definable. I noticed you used a fair share of EQ on the soundeffects, they sounded crisp without any recognizable distortion or compression, which is impressive for a NG Flash movie.

Hopefully in future installments you'll keep your character's art style consistant through out the entire short.

zeppelin-man responds:

Thank you, I'm glad you put that much time into a review of my movie.

cool!

Oh my !
You made it really fluid, the animation is too cool!
The movement are really realistic man, keep up the good work seriously.
Nice choice of music though
is it wanted to make the main character that big? i mean his head is about half he should be... WTF?

zeppelin-man responds:

Yes WTF indeed. Some people say his head is too big and some say it is too small.

I liked it

I noticed how the fight scenes kinda looked Cowboy Bebop style. The way the camera seemd to move and the people's bodies while fighting. i really liked the animations. The plot confused lol

zeppelin-man responds:

Yes I am huge fan of Cowboy Bebop, Naruto, and DBZ. I used a similiar choreography to those fight scenes in those mangas.
