Reviews for "Ninja Vs. Samurai"

LOL

Wow Davril, you need to chill out hahaha.

Ok, now the review:

I thought this flash was a valiant effort. The animation at first was really not half bad if a little choppy. Now I realize the author was experimenting during the fight scenes but I felt like the whole silhouette thing didn't work out. Also the cinematography was too jumpy; it had practically no transitions, there were one place then they were doing something totally unrelated. Overall I think that with some work you could be a decent flash artist, just watch some other action flashes and learn from them.

YaXx responds:

thanks dude, it's just that action is not my thing... next time i'll try better;) (expect something more mysterious and that leaves you thinking)

oh, and yeah, i was experimenting while doing this flash.
and thanks for the suggestions, i'll keep them in mind

Worst Naruto and Kill Bill Volume 1 crossover

This is also the first.
It's rather bad.
It's actually awful. The animation was not choppy, it was cropped. It is as if you had decided, half way, to remove most of the frames that have been completed.

The choreography does not do Naruto justice, nor does the punchline, in this short.

Why the KBV 1 sound effects and soundtrack? It belongs to KBV 1, no?
Why does the shinobi act, in accordance to a Naruto-like shinobi and why is the samurai proficient in Kung Fu? He is a samurai.
Samurai learn three things: Bushido Blade, Hagakure, and Aikido. They do not punch and they, most certainly, do not kick.
They are also not acrobats.

Add realism (not realistic ideals) to this animation and provide a story; not a plot, a story. Read up the difference.

Final question: why does the shinobi try to kill the samurai when he fights with him every night? A shinobi's ideal is to run away if their life is NOT in danger.
That's what I mean by realism, and not reality.

I could say it was a good effort but... the premise is weak enough for a rewarding zero (0).

YaXx responds:

actually, this is not a crossover, and most definitely not my best flash. this is just something i made for people to ENJOY, not to compare them with the REAL THING. i may not know as much as you about samurais, but i felt that i had to twist reality a little bit. almost forgot, when i saw roughly inspired by naruto, it's not supossed to be a tribute or anything, it's only that the idea of this movie came from watching naruto. oh, and one thing, this movie is not realistic nor does contain realism at all, it's just the fun of watching two fictional characters fight against each other.

btw, do you watch naruto? if so, what episode are you on??

and the real tribute for naruto is coming real soon, i repeat, this is not a crossover.

kewl.... i liked the coreography

kinda choppy.. however, i liked the stuff : )

YaXx responds:

thanks dude:D

about the choppiness: try to view the movie on a lower quality to see if it looks better

........

It's a good fight,
the animations is good,
good work

Was worth the wait!!

This flash is by far the best take on of the "samurai VS ninja" theme. Was well worth the loading sequence. I really enjoyed this dude, keep it up! :D -
