Hmm
This is one of the weirder Ambient tracks I've heard. Then again I listen to the darker sounding stuff.Great job it really was a seamless loop and that deserves a lot of credit on it's own.
Thanks man! - I really appreciate you taking the time to listen - you like the dark stuff huh? - I really like that style myself although I can never seem to capture the exact feeling when I'm putting something together...
Thanks again.
damn....:D
my mouth is foaming....this is so very good! you have achievec exactly what i would like do to right now, that is explore the world of glitchy beats and trip-hop (or whatever the devil kids call it these days)...
i am hooked.
Wow - thank you!
I'm actually sort of fond of D&B with a bit of lounge-ish (it's a word now)and/or jazzy stuff thrown in (check out "Jase & Bazz"
Either way - blending genres and twirling styles is awesome in my book...
Glitch is just all around fun - I love those beats that are almost uncomfortable to listen to and Trip-Hop(or whatever the devil kids call it these days) is just so invasive that I think you're going down a potentially big big road!
Good luck! I wish you the best...
Thanks again.
I say 8.5!....
.... I like the fast paced, glitchy drums. The track has a nice subtle underlying atmosphere with that pad sound floating around, but I personally think this should be brought higher up in the mix, it sounds a little lost. I want to be able to hear the chords and their progressions. As it is I am struggling to hear them over the drums and dub like rolls. This is really well produced and arranged. Nice stuff, I shall listen to your other trk and leave a review.
Thanks! I listened to a few of your tracks as well - some really awesome stuff. As for the low volume atmospherics, I kind of dig that. personally I think making one part or another a bit difficult to hear or make out adds a little extra tension but that's just my opinion and I'm often wrong.
Thanks again!
