good premise
everyone seems to have to same idea with Batman, that he'd should be more violent and whatnot, so i've seen all that before. The action sequences were decent, but i think some better artwork/animation would have made this a lot better. Maybe you could find another artist to team up with, because you have some good ideas.
Batman>not portrayed well
Even if you meant to portray batman as a brutal death type of guy, hes not, but anyways i found some things that need to be fixed upon:
1. in the beginng was it my imagination or was batman flying? of course he has a hang glider but i didnt really get that picture there
2. synchronized gunshooting villians: needs work
3. bullet proof armor: even though its in a movie, not really his style: oh well its brutal right?
4. if you going to be brutal use the batmobile to just blow the jokers car away or something. that things packing heat
anyway the violence was well done to a degree. your stlye was ok.
Nice work...but a bug at the beginning...
After the entrance to the bank explodes, the entrance become perfect again. Other than that, I'm hoping there is a Batman showcase on NG, thanks to this addition.

good: animation and character models were okay
bad: drawings could've been cleaned up a little bit by making them sharper and crisper
ugly: didn't seem like a darker batman, but more of a action packed one...hmmm
comment: I truely thought that this cartoon would be the one, but I thought wrong. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but I thought that you should've gone for the darker and edgier batman (Which I've haven't seen yet on this site.). It would of been soo much cooler. The action was good, but I didn't really like the idea of the Joker being killed in a car crash. Just doesn't seem quite the way to go for him, he's much tougher then that! Anyway, the action was great and with your skills, with a bit of refinement, it would be cool to see the original, dark and edgy Batman done by you. This is just a consideration though, also with more enemies like the Scarecrow or Clay Face.
HOLY CHEESE CAKES BATMAN!
i didnt like how he could block bullets or how the batmobile turned into the batwing. yeah... that didnt make much sense, but it was great with everything else.
