Quite nice...but the visual are not clear...and the camera angle are not very good...but its still good because i'm a 3d lover =p

He said it: make the motions more fluid. The changing camera angles are a cool feature of 3D, but they also obfuscate the action.
Watch some of Zhu's XiaoXiao stick fights...they are what any flash fight should be in terms of fluidity, creativity of moves, and simplicity. Notice that he does use the Matrix pan, but only after building the simple fight to a climax level so instead of being cliche it becomes exciting. Take that style and apply it to your graphic medium, and your product will be more cohesive and enjoyable.
Also, you could add some memorable music & a preloader that shows progress since a full movie will no doubt take a REALLY long time to load.
Oh yeah, and get rid of that goddamn water sound or else take it down about 700 notches. I thought I was in the fucking Channelwood Age. Jeez.
As everyone else said....
Awesome graphics, but the camera whirlaround is used to much. Also, some music would be really appreciated to give tone. Other than that, if you do make a movie out of it, I think it will be awesome! keep it up!

But Matrix-style bullet time is SO not cool anymore. Try to vary medium and tights shots instead of using the same "third person" view all the way through.
