Wonderful stuff... The first thing that comes to mind is why on earth this kid is sleeping in a bumper car in the first place... but as the gremlin starts his naughty prank, I was mostly struck by the great use of wild colours for the amusemen park atmosphere... and then by how well you combined the surreal carnival music with the sound effects. Your best job ever integrating visuals, sound, voice, and music ALL at once, man. So just based on that alone, your finest work ever, hands down.
As for the aftermath of the gremlin's bad bad bad decision to mess with that bumper car... I love how the kid's eyes open one by one, the scene of the car busting out of the park is great... the drive through really strange, dark, and twisted streets through the city was impressively done... and I LOVED the billboard he passed by on his way of town.
Finally, the cop chase... Well, of course I assumed that either he was going to die or... be blamed for everything. You completely defied my expectations by having the cop arrest the gremlin and believe the kid. The mugshot scene was great, and... well, let's just say that the prison scene was the most horrific of all. Nice touch, and so very like you, to include the happy smiley sun shining down over the state prison at the end, as well.
This is, simply put... GREATNESS! Technically sound, a great blend of sight and sound, well made, well written, great story... and funny punchline that surprised me. CAN YOU TOP THIS?! I sure hope so. You are the man... er... lizard, Zekey. #;-}>

it was a pretty funny and entertaining movie, but you do know that those bumpercars can't and won't run without being on the large electric panels. anyways, thats what made it more funny.

ahh, that was great. i love these sorts of movies, very entertaining indeed.
the idea along was extremely origional and funny. haha, bumper car madness ensues! hahaha.
graphics were great - the people, cars, gremlin and everything else was drawn very well.
sound - equals excellent!! haha. the overall sound was excellent. The music was great, it was a really abstract song that went very well with the movie. Also, all of the sound effects and voices were great! so well done mate. a very good little cartoon that i thoroughly enjoyed watching.
overall score: 8/10
