good backgrounds... not much else of merit
sorry to say, but other than your nicely drawn backgrounds and robots, there isnt really anything good about it. the dialogue is weak, the plot is pretty lame, and the character drawings are terrible. also the voices and background music are pretty hollow.

It was alright. The animations were really choppy which brought it down by a lot, everything seemed to move so slowly. Your missing chapter one, or you just feel like not giving it to us, and seeing how the other movies you made go: 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 I won't bother watching them since the plot will disappear and i'll lose track of what's going on.
Even this one didn't answer any question, why is the army out? Who's the gray dude? Who are these two characters? Who is the black guy at the beginning? What time period is this in? Too many questions and not a single answer, which could be great for a leave off point, but if your going to skip around don't bother
The sounds was nice though. Although the voice acting was kind of soft, when I turned up the volume all the lines were delivered clearly, even the gray guy who's voice was muffled, I could still understand him.

Yeah, this is the turning point in your series that went downhill. The animation is really, really... shall we say, "stock"?
