Another well-drawn, badly-acted Goamy.
Okay, first off, the warning has got to go. Either that, or cut the voice from it and have a button to go by it after you've read it. It's annoying, but not the biggest problem here.
In your, er, warning, it says that if you say you don't like the voices, you're basically saying that Foamy sucks also. You couldn't be more wrong, dude!
I'm not a big fan of illwillpress, but one thing I think they do fairly well is create good dialogue and have decent voice acting to back it up. Goamy sounds so weak, like he's just sitting around and unenthusiastically reading a script. Even Rick James is weak in this one! He's Rick James! He shouldn't sound like some random dumbass trying to read a script with one eye!
Voices have been my biggest gripe with your series, man. Go and bust on whoever you want, that's fine by me, but ham it up a little more, man! It's your production! You illustrate too well to ruin these things with bad voice acting!

Criticism from a Neutral Party
Graphics 4: The Graphics weren't all that great, but they weren't the worst I've seen. Maybe for the next movie touch up the graphics a bit.
Style 1: Mostly because it was a parody of a flash series already on newgrounds, but it was slightly unique. My suggestion is that instead of bashing Foamy and the cast, to do like Foamy does in his cartoons. When you mention Foamy, it takes away from the sense of creativity.
Sound 3: You used the same voice as foamy, but there was this constant background, "staticy" sound. And also Rick James voice was a little too soft, it was a bit hard to understand him at certain points.
Violence 0: Self Explanatory
Interactivity 0: Self Explantory
Humor 2: Well, this is only an opinion, but I personally don't find humor in parodies, unless they are Extremely well thought out. Usually the Foamy movies at least make me crack a smile, I found watching this movie to be rather monotonous. Rick James as a side kick was a good element, but, try to make him more true to character (I don't think he'd talk about a squirrel who looks like a deformed penis) but the laugh was good though.
Overall 3: You obviously have a lot of Talent, but I think that these Foamy parodies are a waste of that talent. I am not saying they are bad, because they aren't the worst thing I've seen on Newgrounds, but they could be better. For your next episode, just try to clean it up a bit, make it a little more "foamyesque" and you may have something here. This movie made it into the portal, and with a little more work, I'm sure your next movie could receive an even better score.
Lame
That wa spretty boring compared to the other one you did. It was pretty short too considering that it was nearly 5Mb. If you make another one of these, please add a skip button at the beginning, it's so boring. We know what we're gonna see so there's no reason to have it. Better luck next time. O also next time maybe have some mouth moevement for when an actual person talks.
Hmm... Not exactly funny funny.
This flash was mildly entertaining, in the manner that it did mock a few things such as mastercard and other stuff. I personally don't mind too much of a mockery upon Foamy even though I am a fan, that is simply because I'm rather open minded, or trying to be.
Unfortunately, I see quite a few problems. Goamy is a copy of Foamy, simply because this flash was apparently in the usage of making a mockery of the works of Illwillpress, the creator of Foamy.
Another thing, this was a rant, yes, but far from the type of ranting one would expect from Illwillpress... In other words, it had little to no practical usage, nothing which relates to problems which most people find in society, not only so but blatant advertisement as well...
Sure, Foamy does say that he is the lord and master, the one with the unparalleled logic, but he never said to buy his stuff, all he says is for people to stop being dumbasses and to wake up, smell the roses and realize what a shit-hole we live in... Well, rather, what a shit-hole of a society we live in.
The world itself though, remains quite beautiful, shame that it's being poluted on... Anyways, the recording of the voice acting was low quality, something different from Illwillpress again, and the loading time was, how may I say this, excrutiating... Compressed movies is something else one would enjoy more.
In any case, if you do make a mockery of a succesful flash, aim the weaknesses, not the strenghts, it only makes you seem like, how may I put this delicately, a goddamned jackass with an inferiority complex and lack of brains to properly target his enemy's weaknesses...
